FAQ

F.A.Q

ANY EXTRA FEES NOT LISTED?

None at all! We make our pricing simple for a reason. We want our customers to know what its gonna cost them up front before we come out. A typical aerial photo shoot starts at $150.00 including the editing and post-production and clean-up.

HOW SOON CAN YOU COME OUT?

It really depends on the work load at that time, but we work hard to get to a job scheduled within three days of customers requesting it to be done.
If it is an emergency request we will call out our team to come out immediately.

WHEN WILL I GET THE FINISHED PRODUCT?

After shooting the pics or videos we have a turn around time of two business days for the pictures and up to a week for videos. If there is additional ground level or interior footage to be edited, additional time may be required. This is to edit the videos/pics, check and test, then publish and invite you to our private cloud for downloading at your convenience.

HOW LONG DOES A FLIGHT TYPICALLY TAKE?

We will be able to give you a better estimate once we have a better idea of exactly what you need, but the average time for residential up to 5 acres is approximately 30-60 minutes.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA DEPENDING ON THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

We focus on the needs of the project to deliver the best results for you. If we decide a different drone is required there will be no extra fees or charges. Most captured images can be enhanced with some gentle exposure or color correction and we have the best tools available to achieve a natural, but vibrant look.

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT

We closely monitor the weather and if we believe the weather is likely to be bad at least 48 hours in advance, we will move the shoot to the next suitable day. Provided we are able to reschedule this will be at no additional cost.

WHAT ABOUT FLYING RESTRICTIONS?

We always conduct an online site survey and check for any flight restrictions or other factors that may limit us. We then arrange for any special permissions if necessary.

What do I need to do to prepare for the flight session?

For best results, it is important to move cars, trash cans, hoses and any other objects that would be visible from the air. Pools should be open and pool cleaners removed, cushions on chairs on decks and patios, leaves removed and lawns mowed.
